The Ann C T Brown Foundation
is a small, private, family foundation that makes
grants to a select group of charitable, civic,
religious and educational organizations in which Ann
Brown has taken a personal interest. Some of these
organizations are located in or near
Spartanburg, SC.
In 2009, primary grants were made to Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, Visitation Academy and United Way of the Piedmont.
Other grants were made to Georgetown Visitation, Girl Scouts of South Carolina, Trinity-Pawling School and Wilson Hall.
The Foundation's mission is
to give financial assistance to organizations
that improve and enhance individual lives and
communities.
We are especially
interested in helping small organizations and
local chapters of large organizations, for which
a smaller grant may produce a relatively larger
impact.
