MORE ABOUT US

The first
of four daughters, Ann was born to Henry and
Mildred Chadeayne of Cornwall, NY, in 1921. The
family moved to
St. Louis, where Ann attended Visitation
Academy. She graduated from Georgetown
Visitation Junior College in
Washington, DC, and earned a Bachelor's
degree from the University of Maryland.
After
World War II, Ann married John L. Tindale,
a Navy veteran who was also from

three children, Debbie, John and Nancy, while
living in California, and their fourth child,
Elizabeth, after they returned to
New York.
Following
her husband's death, Ann later married Walter J.
Brown of
Spartanburg, SC, where she continues to
reside. She and Walter traveled the world and
enjoyed hosting gatherings for family and
friends in
Spartanburg, Hilton Head and
Thomson, GA.
In recent
years Ann delivered food for Mobile Meals and
organized an annual bridge tournament that
raised money for The Tamassee DAR School. Her
values remain centered around family, friends
